Producer of Organic Wines and manufacturing of Organic Vinegar
in the Gard between the Ardèche and the Cèze. 

 

The estate which has been in the family or more than four generations, is situated Saint Christol de Rodières in the Gard department at the gate of Provence. It is set on the top of the hills between the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze river.

We now have two professional occupations. The vineyards of Domaine LOU PAS D'ESTRECH where we have been producing organic wines since 1984 and LE SAUZET with the making of top quality organic vinegars, again in the same spirit of authenticity.

According to tradition, each wine grower used to have a barrel devoted to make vinegar in a fresh room nearby.

Today, we are able to offer a wide range of vinegars as well as organic mustards, organic oils and organic fruits juices.

We only purchase in France all our base products from producers of organic wine that we know well.

All our products are guaranteed Organic and have been certified by ECOCERT SAS

  

Our Domaine also has the mention approved by BIO SUISSE since 1997.
